Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/English Literature from Baruch College in New York City. She spent the early portion of her career working as an event planner on Wall Street. For seven years she worked in this fast paced environment planning conferences, dinners, golf outings and seminars. Although the hours were long, the position brought her to exciting places such as Spain, Portugal, London, The Philippines, and Japan among many others.
After the birth of her first child in 2001, Stacy took a hiatus from the workforce to raise her daughter. During this time she was very involved in the Parent Teacher Association at her children’s school PS 58 The Carroll School. She served on the Executive Board as a Parent Volunteer Coordinator for two years as well as volunteering for bake sales, carnivals, fundraisers and the like. In 2006 her son was born and she continued in the stay at home parent role until joining the Cobble Hill playschool family in September 2011. Stacy’s experience in both the corporate and preschool/elementary school worlds is a strong asset in supporting the CHP team.
Born and raised in Brooklyn Heights, Stacy has lived in Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, Manhattan and now resides with her husband and two children in Carroll Gardens where she plans to stay!
