Three cheers to all the families on the spring fair committee!  You all put together an amazing and successful fair!  Through your hard work, the fair took in more than $13,000 – a record!!  Personally, I know my family had a blast but I heard from many families that it was the best fair yet!  I know the number of hours and the huge amount of detail work that goes into making that day happen, and I really appreciate all the hard work you all put in.  It really is an amazing event both for the school and our Brooklyn neighborhood.  I have great memories of carnivals like ours as a kid and I love the idea that we are making these memories for our children.  A special thanks to Julie Hurwitz and all of the spring fair chairs – I appreciate your leadership in making this day happen.  I think you all did an amazing job of delegation, making for a smooth, professional event!  Finally, a thank you to all the families that volunteered their time, baked goods and flea market donations to help make the day a success!
