Sarah Ramani

Behavioral support Teacher

Sarah Ramani holds a BS in Psychology from Vassar College, a Master’s Degree in Childhood Studies from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and a dual Master’s Degree from Bank Street College of Education, where she specialized in Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special and General Education. Upon graduation, Sarah spent 8 years as a teacher at the Williamsburg Neighborhood Nursery School, a progressive play-based preschool in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 

She is also currently a Bank Street Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT), providing special education support to children ages 3-5 in their home or school setting, as well as a founding member of Listening to Learn, with CHP’s own Chloe Katz. Listening to Learn provides family support via behavior consultation, parent support, parent education, and social skills groups. Sarah is passionate about supporting children and families, and is thrilled to join the CHP community!

Born and raised in the Berkshires, MA, Sarah currently resides in Brooklyn. When not working she enjoys taking long walks and bike rides, exploring her neighborhood, baking, and traveling.
